Een betrouwbare partner voor de opslag van vloeibare bulkgoederen die deze vitale schakel in hun supply chain kan bewaken en logistieke uitdagingen kan oplossen wanneer deze zich voordoen. Waar kom je te werken? Als medewerker Customer Services verzorg je dagelijks de administratief operationele afwikkeling van deorders en de periodieke rapportages voor onze klanten. Telefonisch en per e-mail onderhoud je intensiefcontact met klanten over nominaties, planning en rapportages. Voor periodieke operationele reviews ga jenaar de klant toe. De afdeling Customer Services staat centraal binnen de organisatie. Regelmatig stem je af met je collega's van Planning, Douane, Operations, Commercie, HSEQ en Techniek. Eens in de zoveel tijd zal je een stand-by dienst draaien. Dit is een week(end), waarop je bereikbaar bentvoor klanten en collega's. Hier staat uiteraard een vergoeding tegenover. We werken op de afdelingen in shifts, zodat wij altijd bereikbaar zijn voor onze klanten. Ochtend, dag enmiddag tussen 07:00 en 23:00 uur. Wat ga je bij Chane doen? Als Customer Service Medewerker verzorg je dagelijks de administratief operationele afwikkeling van de orders en de periodieke rapportages voor onze klanten. Telefonisch en per e-mail onderhoud je intensief contact met klanten over nominaties, planning en rapportages. Voor periodieke operationele reviews ga je met enige regelmaat naar de klant toe.
