Dan is dit geen standaard Customer Service Medewerker rol. In deze functie ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klantenportfolio en speel je een sleutelrol in het soepel laten verlopen van commerciële én logistieke processen. Geen callcenterwerk, maar échte relatiebouw in een internationale setting. Het aanbod - Een bruto jaarsalaris tot maximaal € 53.000,-, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring; - Een jaarlijkse prestatiebonus van gemiddeld € 1.500,-; - 25 vakantiedagen, 8,33% vakantiegeld en maar liefst 13 ATV-dagen; - Volledige reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer; - Werken binnen een kleine, hechte organisatie met korte lijnen en veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Wat ga je doen als Customer Service Medewerker? - Optreedt als eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en relaties; - Het logistieke proces coördineert en actief bijstuurt bij afwijkingen; - Orders aanneemt en verwerkt in het ERP-systeem; - Schakelt met externe vervoerders en leveranciers; - Exportdocumentatie opstelt en controleert. Jouw kwaliteiten - Je beschikt over een afgeronde mbo-opleiding en minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een klantgerichte functie; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse, Engelse én Duitse taal uitstekend op zakelijk niveau; - Je hebt een sterk ontwikkeld overzicht en blijft rustig in dynamische situaties; - Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en denkt in oplossingen.
