Samen met je team zorg je voor een soepel verloop van logistieke processen. - Onderhouden van klantrelaties en beantwoorden van vragen. - Verwerken van orders en controleren van logistieke processen. - Coördineren tussen klanten en interne afdelingen om afspraken na te komen. - Reageren op klantbehoeften en deze vertalen naar concrete acties. - Monitoren van de voortgang van klantorders en tijdig bijsturen indien nodig. - Ondersteunen van operationele processen om klanttevredenheid te waarborgen. waar ga je werken?
