The posting

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij de belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten en onze partners in het buitenland. Je zorgt ervoor dat importzendingen naar België vlot en correct verlopen. Je coördineert en volgt het volledige importproces op: van dossieropmaak tot levering bij de klant. Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten en partners en zorgt voor een professionele, klantgerichte en efficiënte communicatie. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om een correcte en tijdige afhandeling van de zendingen te garanderen.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Opstellen en verwerken van dossiers en de bijhorende administratieve documenten voor importzendingen uit het VK
  • Opvolgen en bewaken van het volledige importproces van zendingen
  • Voorbereiden van documenten voor inklaring in samenwerking met de douane-afdeling
  • Inplannen van leveringsafspraken met Belgische klanten en zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige levering
  • Coördineren om transporten en leveringen in België te organiseren en op te volgen
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners bij vragen of klachten

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denk- en werkniveau of een gelijkwaardige opleiding
