Dit ga je doen Als Customer Service Medewerker in Rotterdam ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, Sales, Inkoop, Productie en het Warehouse. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail - Adviseren van klanten over producten en levertijden - Onderhouden van operationeel klantcontact - Ondersteunen van accountmanagers en Sales - Verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders in het ERP-systeem - Versturen van orderbevestigingen en communiceren over levertijden - Opstellen van offertes en prijsberekeningen - Bewaken van de voortgang van orders en leveringen - Afstemmen met Productie en Warehouse - Ondersteunen bij voorraadbeheer en leveringsplanning - Organiseren en coördineren van transporten - Ondersteunen bij inkoop en verwerken van inkooporders - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en bewaken van levertijden - Beheren van klant-, product- en ordergegevens in ERP/CRM - Bijhouden van salesactiviteiten, forecastinformatie en klantgegevens - Opstellen van rapportages en analyses Je komt direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever, dus je start meteen met zekerheid!
