Voor onze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker die houdt van afwisseling, snel schakelen en klantgericht werken. In deze rol ben jij dé schakel tussen klanten, transport en planning. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op wieltjes loopt. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is en waar jouw organisatietalent echt het verschil maakt.

  • Je maakt transportopdrachten aan en zorgt ervoor dat levertermijnen en transittijden correct worden nageleefd
  • Je volgt orders van A tot Z op: van aanvraag tot levering
  • Je bewaakt kosten, deadlines en kwaliteit van de dienstverlening
  • Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van de status van hun zendingen
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte en efficiënte planning van transporten
  • Je denkt actief mee en stelt oplossingen voor bij uitdagingen
  • Je grijpt snel in bij problemen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en externe partners

Voor onze klant zoeken we iemand die energie krijgt van logistiek, graag communiceert en stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat.

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen de logistieke of transportsector
  • Ervaring met douaneformaliteiten is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office
  • Je bent klantgericht en weet prioriteiten te stellen
  • Je blijft rustig en efficiënt onder druk
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar en flexibel
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een flexibel uurrooster tussen 07:30 en 18:00 (maandag tot vrijdag)
  • Je komt in aanmerking voor een positief veiligheidsadvies voor een functie in de haven
