Ben jij sterk in planning en organisatie en krijg je energie van klantencontact en het oplossen van praktische uitdagingen? Voor een groeiende en technisch georiënteerde onderneming zijn we op zoek naar een Service Planner die ervoor zorgt dat onderhouds- en hersteltechniekers elke dag efficiënt ingepland worden.

Je bent de schakel tussen klanten, techniekers en de interne organisatie. Dankzij jouw overzicht en communicatie verloopt de planning vlot en kunnen klanten rekenen op een snelle en professionele service.

Wat ga je doen als Service Planner?

  • Je stelt de planning van onderhouds- en hersteltechniekers op en houdt rekening met routes, technische vereisten en de beschikbaarheid van klanten en techniekers.
  • Je verwerkt bestelbonnen en administratieve gegevens correct in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je neemt telefonisch contact op met klanten om afspraken voor onderhoud en herstellingen in te plannen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met klanten en techniekers over wijzigingen of aanpassingen in de planning.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Je verwerkt gegevens nauwkeurig in het ERP-systeem en de planningssoftware.
  • Je denkt proactief mee en zoekt naar efficiënte oplossingen bij wijzigingen of onverwachte situaties.

Wie zoeken we klantendienst medewerker?

  • We zoeken een georganiseerde en klantgerichte planner die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en het overzicht kan bewaren.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in een logistieke richting of hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, organisatorisch sterk en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt interesse in techniek of bent bereid om je technische kennis snel uit te breiden.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt ervan om verschillende zaken tegelijk op te volgen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Ervaring met SAP, ERP-systemen of planningssoftware is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands, goed Frans en goed Engels.
