Jouw werk als customer service medewerker in Rotterdam Als klantenservicemedewerker in Rotterdam ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die door omstandigheden achterstaan met de betaling van hun energierekening. Jij benadert hen met empathie en een open blik. Je luistert aandachtig naar het verhaal achter de factuur, inventariseert de persoonlijke situatie en denkt actief mee over een manier om weer grip te krijgen op de financiën. In de praktijk betekent dit dat je samen met de klant zoekt naar een haalbare betalingsregeling op maat. Daarnaast informeer je hen over bestaande voorzieningen, zoals energietoeslagen of gemeentelijke ondersteuning. Waar nodig signaleer je complexere schuldenproblematiek en wijs je de klant de weg naar verdere schuldhulpverlening. Alle gemaakte afspraken leg je vervolgens zorgvuldig vast in het klantdossier. Perfect te combineren met je studie Deze rol sluit naadloos aan wanneer je een HBO-opleiding volgt in de richting van Social Work, Rechten, Management Economie & Recht, Psychologie, Bedrijfskunde of Finance. De theorie over gesprekstechnieken, deëscalatie en regelgeving breng je hier direct in de praktijk.
