Luba Customer service medewerker - Moerdijk - 40 uur - Uitzicht op vast - Mbo Ga aan de slag als customer service medewerker in Moerdijk. Werk fulltime in een dynamische logistieke omgeving met doorgroeimogelijkheden. Over het werk Als customer service medewerker ben jij de spil tussen klanten en de interne organisatie in Moerdijk. Je werkt 40 uur per week in dagdienst en krijgt volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen via trainingen en opleidingen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het complete orderverwerkingsproces en werk je nauw samen met collega's om optimale service te bieden. Het betreft een vaste aanstelling binnen een internationale logistieke omgeving met veel ruimte voor groei en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je start je werkdag met het controleren van binnengekomen orders en het doornemen van de planning. Vervolgens heb je contact met klanten om hun vragen te beantwoorden en advies te geven over oplossingen voor hun transportbehoeften. Je stemt met de planning de laad- en lostijden af en schakelt snel tussen verschillende taken. Door jouw oplossingsgerichte aanpak draag je actief bij aan een soepel verloop van het logistieke proces. Gedurende de dag werk je samen met collega's aan het verbeteren van de dienstverlening en ondersteun je waar nodig bij andere werkzaamheden binnen het team.
