Jouw werkzaamheden: - Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor: - Contact onderhouden met klanten en leveranciers via e-mail en telefoon; - Orderinvoer en verdere administratie in het WMS (Navision) en enkele handelingen in het SAP-systeem van de klant; - Voorbereiden van VAS-bestellingen voor operators; - Communiceren met operators over operationele onderwerpen en dringende verzoeken van klanten; - Werken in gedeelde kantoormappen intern en extern met klanten. Wie zoeken wij? - Wij zoeken een nauwkeurige en klantgerichte professional die beschikt over: - Nederlands en Engels goed beheerst, extra talen zijn een pré; - Stressbestendig en accuraat kan werken; - Zelfstandig en betrouwbaar te werk gaat; - Flexibel inzetbaar binnen het rooster van 07:00 - 17:30 uur.
