In de regio van Temse zoekt onze opdrachtgever een enthousiaste en klantgerichte Customer Service Medewerker. Deze rol biedt jou de kans om deel uit te maken van een groeiend team binnen een dynamische en innovatieve organisatie in de logistieke sector, waar jouw communicatie en probleemoplossend vermogen het verschil maken. De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je verwerkt de bestellingen van klanten via diverse communicatiekanalen en zorgt voor een klantgerichte aftercare.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van klachten en geeft feedback naar de juiste interne afdelingen.
  • Je staat klanten te woord over vragen rond bestellingen, producten, het aankoopproces, en afhandeling van retouren.
  • Je werkt constructief samen met andere departementen om oplossingen te bieden die aansluiten bij de wensen van de klant.
  • Je ondersteunt klanten en leveranciers in alle elektronische data-uitwisselingsprocessen.
  • Je neemt af en toe de taken van het onthaal over, zoals beheer van post, ontvangst van bezoekers en het beheer van vergaderzalen en de telefooncentrale.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je hebt een gevoel voor klantvriendelijkheid en bent een vlotte communicator in zowel Nederlands als Frans.
  • Je bent een proactieve en flexibele teamspeler die zelfstandig en nauwkeurig kan werken.
  • Microsoft Office kent voor jou geen geheimen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en hebt een stevige gezondheids- en servicegerichte mindset.
  • Je hebt een bijzonder inlevingsvermogen en weet klanten op een correcte, vriendelijke manier te woord te staan.
  • Een academische of gelijkgestelde opleiding is een plus, maar vooral je motivatie en attitude maken het verschil.
