De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Customer Service Medewerker?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de complete orderverwerking, van orderinvoer tot en met de aflevering bij de klant
  • Je behandelt klachten en retouren, zorgt voor een snelle en efficiënte oplossing en bewaakt de klanttevredenheid
  • Je voert prijsbepalingen in het systeem en zorgt voor de correcte prijszetting bij offertes en bestellingen
  • Je zet klanten op in het systeem, maakt klantprofielen aan en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve afhandeling
  • Je zorgt voor transportcoördinatie, facturatie en creditnota's, en werkt hierbij nauw samen met het team in de UK om de processen soepel te laten verlopen
