De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit als Customer service medewerker voor onze klant regio Izegem?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken van bestellingen in SAP, begeleiden van klanten in hun bestelproces en de organisatie van de leveringen zodat ze tijdig bij de klant aankomen.
  • Het ondersteunen van de klanten bij hun vragen en het beheer van hun orderboek.
  • Afstemmen van leveringen met klanten en de transportafdeling.
  • Samen met je collega's sta je in voor een correcte opvolging van de klanten.
  • Je werkt pro-actief mee aan lopende projecten binnen customer service en neemt initiatief om de processen te optimaliseren.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een hoger diploma en/of je hebt reeds ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Geboren met een commerciële feeling? En uiterst klantgericht? Dat is een must!
  • Naast een perfecte beheersing van Nederlands, beschik je over een goede kennis Frans en/of Engels.
  • Kennis SAP? Dat is een plus!
  • Je beschikt over een excellente pc-vaardigheid.
