The posting

Voor een klant regio Waregem actief in de chemie sector zijn wij op zoek naar een customer service medewerker.

Binnen deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Verwerken en registreren van alle binnenkomende orders vanuit België en Luxemburg voor het volledige productengamma
  • Controle van beschikbare stockvoorraden en efficiënte planning van orders
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor Sales en klanten met vlotte communicatie over levertermijnen en opvolging
  • Bewaken van de orderstatus en proactief ingrijpen waar nodig
  • Dagelijks onderhouden van contacten met verschillende stakeholders: klanten, vertegenwoordigers, magazijnmedewerkers en collega's
  • Zelfstandig werken binnen het ERP-systeem en zorgen voor accurate data-invoer
  • Meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en initiatief nemen om knelpunten op te lossen
  • Je beschikt over een diploma hoger onderwijs en brengt ervaring mee in commerciële binnendienst, idealiter binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Als persoon ben je dynamisch en communicatief ingesteld, waardoor je vlot en natuurlijk contact maakt met klanten.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een internationale werkomgeving en hebt een natuurlijk aanvoelen voor klantbehoeften.
  • Je beheerst de Franse taal uitstekend, waardoor je onze Franstalige klanten professioneel kunt helpen en ondersteunen.
  • Op technisch en administratief vlak ben je zeer nauwkeurig en heb je een oog voor detail.
  • Je beschikt over ervaring met administratieve processen en werkt vlot met ERP-systemen en andere digitale tools.
  • Wat betreft je werkstijl functioneer je uitstekend in teamverband en kan je gemakkelijk meerdere taken tegelijkertijd beheren.
