Wie ben jij Als customer service medewerker hou je ervan om mensen te helpen en daarnaast:

- Heb je een technische opleiding gevolgd - Ben je servicegericht - Heb je een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal - Woon je in de regio Etten-Leur

Wat ga je doen Je start de dag met een goede bak koffie of thee. Daarna check je direct het dashboard van de machines die bij klanten door het hele land staan. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van de klanten. Omdat bijna alle houtbewerkingsmachines online verbonden zijn, log jij in en kijk je op afstand mee om het probleem te tackelen. Als customer service medewerker bij dit bedrijf is elke dag anders.

Jouw week ziet er zo uit:

- Storingen aannemen en online proberen op te lossen samen met de klant - Contact met Duitse en Chinese leveranciers op technisch vlak - Onderdelen uitzoeken in digitale tekeningen - Offertes maken - Samen met collega's demo's geven op showroom machines
