Wie ben jij Aan de slag als Customer Service Medewerker? Jij herkent jezelf in het volgende;

- Je spreekt en begrijpt Duits. - Je spreekt en begrijpt Engels of Nederlands. - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar voor 36 tot 40 uur per week in Breda. - Je hebt ervaring in klantenservice, logistiek of magazijnbeheer.

Wat ga je doen In deze rol als Customer Service medewerker combineer je strakke administratie met slimme logistiek én fijn klantcontact! Jij pakt de administratie nauwkeurig op. Van het afhandelen van facturen tot het verwerken van bestellingen en het administratief beheren van retouren. Geretourneerde instrumenten inspecteer je zorgvuldig voordat je ze verwerkt. Je ondersteunt klanten en distributeurs met heldere updates en uitstekende service.

Om het lekker afwisselend te maken; je steekt ook de handen uit de mouwen. Picken, pakken en verzenden van orders en de ontvangst van goederen, ook dat pak je op.

Waar ga je werken Als Customer Service Medewerker ga je aan de slag bij een grote, internationale speler in de medische logistiek. Je komt terecht in een open en gezellig team waar de lijnen kort zijn. Het bedrijf breidt flink uit. Dit betekent dat je kunt rekenen op een stabiele plek met uitzicht op een vast contract.
