Voor een dynamische en sterk groeiende onderneming zoeken we een enthousiaste Customer Service Medewerker voor de site te Desteldonk.

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je achter de schermen dat alles op rolletjes loopt:

  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail op een professionele en vriendelijke manier.
  • Je staat in voor het opvolgen en behandelen van klantenvragen, klachten en dossiers.
  • Je bent dé tussenpersoon tussen klant en onze interne operationele teams.
  • Opvolging en analyse van forecasts en volumes, waarbij je de operationele prestaties en KPI's monitort en controleert.
  • Je denkt proactief mee met de klant en geeft oplossingsgericht advies.
  • Correcte administratieve verwerking van klantengegevens.
  • Je bent een krak in het correct opstellen van rapportering en analyseren van de data in onder andere EXCEL.

Profiel

Jouw profiel als Customer Service Medewerker:

  • Je hebt een diploma-achtergrond binnen administratie, economie, office..
  • Reeds ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst met véél klantencontact (B2B)
  • Talenkennis: Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
  • IT-skills: Je kunt vlot overweg met MS Office
  • Je hebt in het bijzonder sterke vaardigheden in Excel (vlookup, draaitafels of data-input schrikken jou niet af).
  • Stressbestendigheid: Je voelt je comfortabel in een dynamische en soms chaotische omgeving.
  • Je kunt snel schakelen, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en behoudt altijd de rust.
  • Analytische ingesteldheid en je draagt klantvriendelijkheid héél hoog in het vaandel.
