Heb jij een vlotte babbel en ben je administratief talent? Heb je affiniteit met de logistiek? Dan ben jij dé kandidaat die wij zoeken. Voor onze klant in Lommel zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service medewerker.Hoe ga jij onze klanten en collega's helpen?

  • Het magazijn loopt gesmeerd dankzij de picklijsten die je opstelt. Dit doe je in overleg met de logistieke managers.
  • Van inbound tot outbound, je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces voor de klanten die aan jou zijn toegewezen.
  • Met een glimlach communiceer je met klanten over de status van hun zending en eventuele afwijkingen.
  • De administratie hieromtrent valt ook onder jouw verantwoordelijkheden. Denk hierbij aan het inboeken van orders in Navision, transportdocumenten opmaken, ...

Wat maakt jou als customer service medewerker uniek?

  • Minimaal een eerste ervaring binnen customer service of logistiek
  • Een logistieke achtergrond is een groot pluspunt
  • Bachelordiploma op zak? Check!
  • Je werkt graag routinematig en gestructureerd.
  • Vriendelijkheid is jouw sterkte, maar je bent ook niet bang om assertief te zijn wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Midden in de chaos kun jij de rust bewaren en de juiste prioriteiten stellen.
  • Vloeiend schakelen tussen Nederlands en Engels is voor jou een tweede natuur. Bij voorkeur spreek je ook een woordje Frans
  • Als je al bekend bent met standaardcomputerprogramma's en Navision, ben je al een stapje voor op de rest!
