Als Customer Service Medewerker zorg je ervoor dat klanten goed worden geïnformeerd en logistieke processen soepel verlopen. Je schakelt met verschillende partijen en houdt overzicht over import- en exportorders en zendingen. Wat bieden wij jou? - Een salaris tussen € 2.800,- en € 3.500,- bruto per maand op fulltime basis; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Een reiskostenvergoeding; - Een goede pensioenregeling; - Een afwisselende functie met verschillende ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Jouw werkzaamheden - Import- en exportorders verwerken in het systeem; - Transport- en douanedocumenten opstellen, controleren en beheren; - Contact onderhouden met klanten, vervoerders, douane en interne afdelingen; - Klanten informeren over zendingen en snel handelen wanneer afwijkingen ontstaan; - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de logistieke processen. Wat vragen wij? - Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Logistiek of Import & Export; - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Ervaring binnen logistieke customer service of forwarding is een pre, maar geen vereiste; - Je werkt nauwkeurig, communiceert sterk en weet het overzicht te bewaren; - Je voelt je prettig in een dynamische werkomgeving waarin snel schakelen belangrijk is. Over het bedrijf Als Customer Service Medewerker ga je aan de slag bij een internationale organisatie die innovatieve verpakkingsoplossingen ontwikkelt voor de bloemen- en plantensector.
