The posting

In deze veelzijdige functie ben je betrokken bij het volledige traject: van bestelling tot levering. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, volgt hun dossiers nauwgezet op en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief, logistiek en commercieel correct verloopt. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om je te verdiepen in de specifieke wetgeving rond de producten, waaronder douane- en transportformaliteiten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op.
  • Je volgt de volledige orderflow op, van bestelling tot levering.
  • Je verwerkt en beheert klantendossiers in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je bewaakt de voorraad en zorgt ervoor dat de stockinformatie steeds up-to-date is.
  • Je staat in voor de correcte voorbereiding en opvolging van transport- en douanedocumenten.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de geldende wetgeving en productvereisten correct worden toegepast.
  • Je volgt leveringen nauwgezet op en houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte.
  • Je behandelt vragen en problemen rond bestellingen, transport en leveringen en zoekt hiervoor een passende oplossing.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met sales, logistiek en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Je ondersteunt het team met rapporteringen en administratieve opvolging.
  • Je denkt actief mee over hoe processen efficiënter en klantgerichter kunnen worden georganiseerd.

Je hebt een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Ervaring binnen customer service, logistiek, planning of orderadministratie is een sterke plus.Je bent communicatief sterk en haalt energie uit veelvuldig klantencontact.Je bent flexibel en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende dossiers en prioriteiten.Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar kunt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, zonder hierin je flexibiliteit te verliezen.Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en denkt graag mee met de klant én het bedrijf.Je hebt geen uitgesproken 9-to-5-mentaliteit en bent bereid om de nodige flexibiliteit aan de dag te leggen.Je hebt interesse in logistieke processen, transport en douanewetgeving, of bent bereid je hierin verder te verdiepen.Een goede kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.
