De functie inhoud Wat doet een customerservice medewerker in Wielsbeke?

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt: Fungeer als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Bestelflow opvolging: Beheer de volledige bestelflow, inclusief offerteopvolging, bestellingen, planning, leveringen, facturatie opvolging, artikelbeheer, klachten, staalaanvragen en stockbeheer.
  • Onderhoud van klantenrelaties: je staat in voor het beheer van de klantenportefeuille en onderhoud regelmatig contact met klanten via telefoon of e-mail om hun behoeften te begrijpen en te vervullen.
  • Werk nauw samen met diverse interne afdelingen, waaronder IT, logistiek, productie, technische dienst en boekhouding, om de belangen van zowel klant als bedrijf te behartigen.
  • Ondersteun de buitendienst (verkopers) en productie bij het opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en stalen.
  • Help bij de voorbereiding van klantbezoeken, zowel intern als extern.

  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en beschikt over een commerciële flair.
  • Je werkt planmatig, klantgericht en durft initiatief nemen.
  • Stressbestendig zijn en kan hoofd van bijzaken onderscheiden is voor jou geen probleem.
