Voor een internationaal logistiek dienstverlener in Nijmegen zoeken we een Customer Service Medewerker die verantwoordelijk is voor de volledige klantrelatie met een grote, internationaal opererende key account. Ons aanbod - Een salaris van € 3.000 tot € 3.600 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - 26 vakantiedagen en 3,5 ATV dagen per jaar; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer; - 8% vakantiegeld bovenop je maandsalaris; - Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Wat ga je doen als Customer Service medewerker - Verwerken en invoeren van orders in het plansysteem en dooruitzetten naar de juiste afdeling; - Maken van boekingen voor het laad- en losproces en afstemmen met de planners; - Bewaken van de opvolging van orders en signaleren van knelpunten in de orderverwerking; - Onderhouden van de communicatie met de klant en interne planners over de goederenstroom; - Bijhouden van performance sheets en deelnemen aan KPI gesprekken tussen de organisatie en de klant. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Customer Service medewerker - Een afgeronde opleiding op mbo-niveau, bij voorkeur richting logistiek of commercieel; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare customer service of logistieke administratie rol; - Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd in het verwerken van orders en verzenddocumentatie; - Sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten en het zelfstandig oplossen van problemen; - Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels is een vereiste.
