Ben je beschikbaar voor een tijdelijke opdracht van oktober 2026 tot en met februari 2027 voor 32 tot 40 uur per week? Als Interim Customer Service Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van onze opdrachtgever, een internationale snackproducent, en de verbindende schakel tussen sales, logistiek en externe dienstverleners. Je zorgt voor een soepel en efficiënt orderproces van A tot Z: van orderontvangst tot levering. Je verwerkt binnenkomende orders, controleert de beschikbaarheid van producten, signaleert knelpunten en stemt af met de juiste interne en externe partijen. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol bij het afhandelen van vragen en opmerkingen. Je krijgt de ruimte om actief mee te denken en om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten. Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en logistieke partners bij vragen en opmerkingen over leveringen; - Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van klantorders en leveringen; - Je bewaakt de voortgang van orders en de voorraad en neemt contact op met de juiste partijen bij afwijkingen; - Je behandelt zelfstandig klantclaims en klachten en maakt indien nodig creditnota's aan; - Je stelt klantspecifieke werkinstructies op en houdt deze actueel; - Je verwerkt consignatie- en exportorders correct in het systeem.
