The posting

Voor onze klant, een grote en succesvolle KMO met een sterk familiaal karakter, zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker. Je wordt een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant en de interne organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen en leveringen vlot en efficiënt worden opgevolgd. Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met jouw klanten en zorgt ervoor dat hun vragen, bestellingen en afspraken correct worden opgevolgd. Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak detecteer je mogelijke problemen tijdig en zoek je samen met de betrokken collega's naar een passende oplossing.

  • Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw toegewezen klanten.
  • Je volgt het volledige orderinvoerproces op in het Navision-systeem.
  • Je bewaakt de administratieve opvolging van de bestellingen en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de flow voor de klant zo efficiënt mogelijk verloopt.
  • Je detecteert systeemtechnische problemen en gaat hier proactief mee aan de slag.
  • Je volgt de leveringen nauwgezet op en bewaakt mee dat de producten tijdig en volgens de gemaakte afspraken bij de klant terechtkomen.
  • Je stemt hiervoor regelmatig af met de verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Je maakt periodieke interne salesrapporteringen op.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en efficiëntie binnen de bestaande processen.

Jij kan jezelf herkennen in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in planning of een vergelijkbare opleiding, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je bent proactief en denkt graag mee over hoe processen efficiënter kunnen verlopen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je goed in het contact met klanten en collega's.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en weet snel tot de kern van een probleem te komen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt ook in drukke momenten het overzicht.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en bent iemand die graag mee de schouders onder de verdere groei van de organisatie zet.
