In deze functie ben je hét visitekaartje van het bedrijf. Of je nu helpt via telefoon, chat of mail: met jouw persoonlijke service zorg je ervoor dat klanten zich gehoord en geholpen voelen. Kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid staan voorop!

Hoe ziet je dag eruit?

  • Je start je ochtend met een verse koffie of thee en schuift je headset op. Het eerste telefoontje komt binnen: een klant wil hulp bij het plaatsen van een bestelling. Jij loodst hem met plezier door het proces heen.
  • Even later belt een andere klant die haar levering verwachtte. Je schakelt direct met de logistieke partner en regelt dat haar pakket nog dezelfde dag bij haar aankomt. Een paar uur later krijg je een chatbericht van dezelfde klant om je te bedanken en dáár doe je het voor.
  • Tussendoor wissel je tips uit met collega’s, help je een paar nieuwe cases oplossen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je bent energiek, sociaal en hebt zin om klanten een topservice te geven.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands én hebt een goede kennis van Frans.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een rol met klantencontact.
  • Je vindt het fijn om ruimte te krijgen om zelf je aanpak te bepalen.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die graag samen successen viert.
