Van daktenten en camper units tot ophangingssystemen en accessoires: bij 4WD Specialist draait alles om kwaliteit, beleving en maatwerk. Naast onze webshop werken we dagelijks aan unieke projecten voor klanten door heel Europa. Binnen ons team hangt een informele sfeer, houden we van aanpakken en werken we samen aan één doel: klanten enthousiast maken én houden. Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, dealers en partners. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant snel, duidelijk en enthousiast geholpen wordt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon, mail en chat - Adviseren van klanten over producten en bestellingen - Verwerken en opvolgen van orders - Ondersteunen van dealers en internationale klanten - Schakelen met collega's van logistiek, magazijn en sales - Meedenken over verbeteringen in service en klantbeleving Wie ben jij?
