Customer Service Medewerker Cleve & Zonen is al 90 jaar een betrouwbare partner in de logistieke keten. Groupage (LCL) en volle containers (FCL) zijn voor ons dagelijks werk. Wij zijn sterk in zeevracht, maar ook in luchtvracht. Daarnaast biedt Cleve & Zonen andere diensten aan, zoals importnominatie, opslag en distributie, douanezaken en verzekeringen. Wereldwijd bedienen wij via 60 directe aanloophavens, ruim 700 bestemmingen. Er wordt gewerkt in een informele sfeer waar ruimte is voor een gezonde dosis ambitie. Voor onze afdeling export groupage zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Customer Service. Functie omschrijving: - afgeven van offertes aan klanten en agenten wereldwijd; - opvolgen van orders en zorgen voor een tijdige en accurate afhandeling; - onderhouden van internationale contacten met onze agenten en klanten in heel Europa; - verlenen van uitstekende klantenservice en oplossen van eventuele problemen; - beantwoorden van vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail; - samenwerken met andere afdelingen om klanttevredenheid te waarborgen; - zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van klantgegevens en orders. Jouw Profiel: - een afgeronde MBO niveau 4 opleiding; - ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de logistieke sector is een pré; - uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels; - servicegerichte instelling met oog voor detail; - een goed cijfermatig inzicht en het vermogen om meerdere taken tegelijk te beheren; - proactieve en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding; - kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.
