Wil jij 32 vakantiedagen, elke avond én het weekend vrij zijn én uitzicht hebben op een vast contract?

Wij zijn een Kempisch bedrijf met verschillende vestigingen in Antwerpen en de Kempen. We staan in voor de verkoop van auto's, alsook voor het onderhoud en herstellingen van top merken zoals Peugeot. Jij maakt deel uit van een team dat inzet op beschikbaarheid, transparantie, verbinding, diensten en service. Alles wat we doen, doen we in functie van een tevreden klant én medewerker.

Als Customer Service medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in onze dienst naverkoop:

  • Je lanning en opvolging van afspraken.
  • Je behandelt inkomende co
  • adviseert klanten telefonisch of per mail bij vragen of situaties.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte p
  • mmunicatie professioneel en klantgericht.

Je zal werken van maandag tot vrijdag van 7u30 tot 16u00 of van 9u30 tot 18u.

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie in de autosector, zodat je vlot antwoord kan geven op klantenvragen zonder lange inlooptijd.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands én durft je uit te drukken in het Frans en Engels, om alle klanten goed te kunnen helpen.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office, want een correcte administratieve opvolging maakt deel uit van jouw job.
