SD Worx Jobs zoekt voor een internationale logistieke speler een Customer Service Medewerker.

In deze functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen een dynamische e-commerce en logistieke omgeving. Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie, een correcte administratieve opvolging en bouwt mee aan een uitstekende dienstverlening. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak en analytische blik vorm je de schakel tussen de klant en de operationele teams.

Wie zoeken we?

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen customer service, administratie of een klantgerichte functie
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van Excel
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je hebt minstens een diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een administratieve of economische richting
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en werkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet prioriteiten te stellen
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving met verschillende interne en externe contacten

Functieomschrijving

Jouw functie

Als Customer Service Medewerker beheer je één of meerdere klantenaccounts en zorg je voor een professionele opvolging van vragen, dossiers en operationele processen.

Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en interne afdelingen en bewaakt mee de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. Daarnaast analyseer je data, volg je forecastgegevens op en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de werking.

Je rapporteert aan de Customer Service Supervisor en kan tewerkgesteld worden in één van de vestigingen in de regio Gent, afhankelijk van de operationele behoeften.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten via e-mail en telefoon
  • Behandelen, registreren en opvolgen van vragen, klachten en dossiers
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen klanten en operationele afdelingen
  • Proactief meedenken met klanten en passende oplossingen voorstellen
  • Administratief verwerken en beheren van klantgegevens
