Draper Tools Europe BV, de Europese tak van het Engelse bedrijf Draper Tools Ltd.,, verkoopt gereedschappen in alle soorten en maten, met een focus op de automotivebranche. Ons handelsgebied ligt nu nog vooral in de Benelux, maar onze focus voor de komende jaren gaat zijn om dit gebied uit te breiden naar de rest van Europa, o.a. Duitsland en Frankrijk. Met ons gezellige team werken we hier samen naar toe. Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Service Medewerker hoef je niet stil te zitten. Er ligt een gevarieerd takenpakket op je te wachten. Zo zullen je hoofdwerkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Orderverwerking - Het telefonisch te woord staan van klanten - Het ondersteunen van collega's in de Verkoop Buitendienst - Het ondersteunen van ons marketingteam, o.a. verzorgen van e-mailings Afhankelijk van de kennis die je met je meeneemt kunnen deze werkzaamheden nog worden uitgebreid. Wie ben jij? Lijkt het je leuk om deze taken voor ons uit te gaan voeren? Dan verwachten wij het volgende van je: - Je hebt tenminste een MBO niveau 4 opleiding afgerond (bij voorkeur commerciële richting) - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als customer service medewerker - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal - Bij voorkeur beheers je ook de Duitse taal - Kennis van MS Office - Je bent klantgericht, enthousiast en flexibel - Je hebt een oplossingsgerichte werkhouding waarbij klanttevredenheid voorop staat - Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie bij een technisch bedrijf is een pré Wat bi...
