Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Klantbeheer

Je beheert klantdossiers van A tot Z en zorgt voor een correcte en consistente opvolging van alle commerciële afspraken.

Orderverwerking

Je verwerkt en volgt orders nauwkeurig op in het ERP-systeem en zorgt voor een foutloze en tijdige uitvoering.

Commerciële ondersteuning

Je ondersteunt het salesteam bij offertes, forecastinput en klantinformatie.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in een B2B-omgeving.
  • Goede kennis van ERP- en CRM-systemen.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, met een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
