Voor een klant actief binnen de medische sector is Unique op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker voor de service-afdeling. Dit voor de vestiging in Aartselaar/ Willebroek.

Ben jij administratief sterk, servicegericht en voel je je thuis in een technische of service-omgeving? Spreek je vlot Nederlands, Engels én Frans? Dan is deze job iets voor jou!

In deze rol ben je een cruciale schakel tussen klanten, techniek en administratie. Samen met je collega’s en de Support Desk Coördinator zorg je voor een vlotte en correcte afhandeling van alle service- en reparative-aanvragen.

Wat houdt deze functie concreet in?

  • Registreren en opvolgen van storingsmeldingen
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en administratief verwerken van reparatieoffertes
  • Bestellen van onderdelen na goedkeuring van de klant
  • Inplannen van afspraken voor techniekers, zowel onsite als intern
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van servicefacturen en rapporteringen richting ziekenhuizen
  • Registreren van bruikleenleveringen en retourzendingen in het ERP-systeem
  • Opstellen van transportopdrachten voor ophalingen en leveringen van apparatuur
  • Beantwoorden van inkomende servicegerelateerde e-mails en telefonische vragen

Kan jij jezelf herkennen in onderstaande punten? Dan zou dit wel eens dé volgende stap in jouw carrière kunnen zijn.

  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring opgedaan binnen serviceadministratie of administratieve ondersteuning in een technische omgeving. Je begrijpt hoe belangrijk een vlotte opvolging en correcte administratie zijn.
  • Digitale tools schrikken jou niet af. Integendeel: ERP-systemen zijn vertrouwd terrein en je werkt vlot met Excel. Heb je ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365? Dan heb je alvast een streepje voor.
  • Structuur zit in je DNA. Je houdt moeiteloos overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en blijft rustig en nauwkeurig, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt.
  • Je hebt een commerciële feeling en begrijpt dat een uitstekende klantenervaring het verschil maakt.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans én Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Uitdagingen zie jij als kansen. Je denkt oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief en wacht niet af tot iemand anders de eerste stap zet.
  • Dankzij jouw analytische ingesteldheid weet je informatie snel te interpreteren en om te zetten in concrete acties.
  • Je voelt feilloos aan hoe je met verschillende gesprekspartners moet communiceren en schakelt moeiteloos tussen collega's, klanten en andere stakeholders.
  • Je geraakt gemakkelijk tot in Aartselaar én Willebroek! (onze klant gaat eind dit jaar naar hun nieuwe moderne kantoor in Willebroek verhuizen)
