Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Service Officer ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten en verschillende interne afdelingen.

  • Klantorders invoeren en opvolgen in het ERP-systeem.
  • Bestellingen afstemmen met Productie en toezien op een tijdige verwerking.
  • Samenwerken met Sales, Productie en Logistiek.
  • Offertes controleren en verwerken.
  • Prijzen up-to-date houden.
  • Non-conformiteiten registreren en opvolgen.
  • Sales administratief ondersteunen.
  • Klanten telefonisch en via andere kanalen verder helpen.
  • Vragen rond leveringen, rushorders en andere klantbehoeften behandelen.
  • Transportplanning coördineren met de logistieke dienst.
  • Levertermijnen bij transporteurs bewaken.
  • Meewerken aan duurzame en efficiënte processen.
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een bachelordiploma.
  • Nederlands, Frans en Engels beheers je vlot; Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Een probleem zie je als een kans om een oplossing te vinden.
  • Klantgerichtheid combineer je met commerciële feeling.
  • Je blijft rustig wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.
  • Snel schakelen, initiatief nemen en zelfstandig werken geven je energie.
  • Flexibiliteit is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Zowel zelfstandig werken als samenwerken in een dynamisch team past bij je.
