Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende werkzaamheden: - Aannemen van storings- en opsluitingsmeldingen en dit nauwkeurig registreren. Dit zijn meldingen van personen die vastzitten in een lift en via het noodnummer contact opnemen. In zulke situaties blijf je rustig, reageer je snel en begeleid je de melder op een duidelijke en professionele manier. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de melding direct wordt doorgestuurd naar de juiste servicemonteur, zodat het probleem zo snel mogelijk kan worden verholpen - Zorgvuldig vastleggen van alle gegevens in het systeem - Actief bewaken van de wachttijden en zorgen dat meldingen snel worden opgepakt - Ondersteunen en informeren van klanten en gebruikers met een hoge mate van servicegerichtheid Dit krijg je - Brutosalaris van € 2.923,- tot € 3.769,- per maand - Reiskostenvergoeding conform regeling opdrachtgever - Parttime of fulltime baan van 32 tot 40 uur per week - Uitzendcontract met kans op vast - Functie voor de lange termijn - Pensioenopbouw via Manpow...
