Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een nauwkeurige organisator met een sterk analytisch inzicht én een talent voor klantencommunicatie? Wil je een eigen klantenportefeuille beheren en een centrale rol spelen tussen klanten, planning, aankoop en productie? Dan is deze functie als Customer Care Officer misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

In deze functie ben je veel meer dan een traditionele customer service medewerker. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Je bouwt een sterke relatie op en zorgt ervoor dat orders, forecasts en leveringen correct en tijdig worden opgevolgd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beheren en analyseren van klantenforecasts.
  • Afstemmen van forecasts met planning, aankoop en productie.
  • Verwerken en administratief opvolgen van klantenorders.
  • Bewaken van productspecificaties, levertermijnen en ordergegevens.
  • Coördineren van dringende orders en gewijzigde prioriteiten.
  • Proactief informeren van klanten over orderstatussen en leveringen.
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen klanten en interne afdelingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij klantoverleggen en operationele vraagstukken.
  • Opvolgen van klantenklachten samen met de kwaliteitsafdeling.
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen processen en samenwerking.

Je bent een rationele professional die energie haalt uit plannen, coördineren en klanten ondersteunen. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar je dagelijks met verschillende stakeholders samenwerkt. Wat zoeken we in de Customer care officer:

  • Bachelor werk- en denkniveau, opgedaan via opleiding of ervaring
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en affiniteit met cijfers en forecasting
  • Je denkt logisch na en behoudt overzicht wanneer verschillende dossiers samenkomen
  • Je communiceert professioneel en klantgericht.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Engels, kennis van het Frans op gemiddeld niveau is voldoende
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Excel en Word
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem zoals Dynamics is een pluspunt.
