De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit als customer service medewerker?

  • Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt, je behandelt alle inkomende telefonie en mails.
  • De nodige informatie over producten en diensten verstrekken aan klanten, hieronder valt ook het onderhouden van de klantencontacten.
  • Je staat in voor de verwerking van bestellingen in het systeem.
  • Zoeken naar de noden van de klant en hierop inspelen, behoort ook tot jouw taken.
  • Samen met de andere afdelingen zorg je voor een correcte opvolging van de diverse bestellingen.

  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over een hogere opleiding.
  • Heb je reeds enkele jaren ervaring binnen een customer service afdeling? Dat is een plus!
  • MS office kent weinig tot geen geheimen voor jou.
  • Naast de Nederlandse taal, communiceer en schrijf je ook vlot in het Frans.
  • Commercieel, sociaal en proactief? Dat zijn de woorden die jou het beste omschrijven.
