Bij Technische Unie help je klanten in Zeeland snel en persoonlijk verder met vragen over bestellingen, leveringen en service. Je werkt in een betrokken team, leert elke dag bij en krijgt ruimte om te groeien in klantcontact en techniek. Ervaring in de technische groothandel is niet nodig: als jij graag mensen helpt, duidelijk communiceert en energie krijgt van oplossen, maken wij je wegwijs. Een mooie kans voor iedereen die een servicegerichte baan zoekt in de regio Eindhoven. Dit ga je doen Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in en rond Eindhoven. Je luistert, stelt de juiste vragen en zorgt dat klanten snel weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Of het nu gaat om een bestelling, levering, retour of servicevraag: jij pakt het op en regelt het. Je staat er niet alleen voor. Je werkt samen met een betrokken team dat elkaar helpt en successen deelt. Daardoor leer je snel, bouw je vertrouwen op en word je steeds sterker in klantcontact, systemen en oplossingen bedenken. Dit doe je op een werkdag: - Je helpt klanten met vragen over bestellingen, levertijden en beschikbaarheid - Je regelt retouren, naleveringen en serviceverzoeken van begin tot eind - Je neemt contact op met klanten als er iets verandert of vertraagt - Je legt afspraken duidelijk vast, zodat iedereen weet wat er is afgesproken - Je schakelt met collega's van verkoop, logistiek en andere afdelingen - Je denkt mee over hoe we onze service slimmer, sneller en persoonlijker maken Je werkt via telefoon, e-mail en Teams. Daarbij combineer je klantvriendelijkheid met overzicht: je houdt het hoofd koel, denkt vooruit en zorgt dat klanten graag bij Technische Unie terugkomen.
