  • Je verwerkt inkomende verkooporders nauwkeurig en volgt de logistieke afhandeling tot bij de klant
  • De schakel tussen klanten en productievestigingen? Dat ben jij!
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met productie over het orderverloop en informeert klanten over de status van hun orders
  • Je maakt de benodigde transportdocumenten voor certificeringen en legalisaties van zendingen buiten de EU in orde
  • Klachten en afwijkingen aan de juiste afdeling signaliseren en klanten op de hoogte houden van de status
