Als Customer Service Medewerker – SAP Key User ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, salesorganisatie en interne afdelingen zoals magazijn, productie, planning en quality. Jij combineert een klantgerichte rol met een actieve bijdrage aan het beheer, de optimalisatie en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze SAP-processen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Je verwerkt klantenorders tijdig en correct in SAP en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van het volledige orderproces.
  • Je beheert de uitleveringen naar depots en klanten die hun bestellingen rechtstreeks afhalen.
  • Je verwerkt EDI-orders en beheert de bijhorende gegevens in SAP.
  • Je vraagt de nodige transport- en exportdocumenten aan en stelt deze op.
  • Je creëert en onderhoudt klantenprofielen zodat de klantendatabase steeds actueel en betrouwbaar blijft.
  • Je behandelt binnenkomende klachten en stemt af met de relevante interne afdelingen.
  • Je volgt correctieve acties op en zorgt voor een tijdige en duidelijke communicatie naar de klant.
  • Je beheert het bestelproces en de opslag van goederen in externe magazijnen, in nauw overleg met de interne organisatie.
  • Je stemt productie en stock af met productie, planning en sales assistants.
  • Je maakt creditnota’s op naar aanleiding van klachtenbehandeling door QC.
  • Je fungeert als SAP Key User binnen Customer Service
  • Je werkt actief mee aan SAP-projecten, systeemverbeteringen, testing en implementaties.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau, opgebouwd via opleiding en/of relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen customer service, orderbeheer of supply chain administratie.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met ERP-systemen en beschikt over een grondige kennis van SAP; ervaring met EDI is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je denkt procesmatig en haalt energie uit het optimaliseren van systemen en werkwijzen.
