Voor onze klant in Berchem zijn wij op zoek naar een medewerker voor de klantensupport. De afdeling waar je terechtkomt is gespecialiseerd in klantenondersteuning. 24Plus, het klantencentrum van KBC, is momenteel op zoek naar nieuwe medewerkers.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je speelt een essentiële rol en je zet je in om totale klanttevredenheid te bereiken.
  • Behandeling van allerlei vragen rond dagelijks bankieren en gebruik betaalkaarten.
  • Dagelijkse telefonische (Niet-commerciële) ondersteuning van klanten in het digitaal bankieren.
  • Correct informeren van klanten - doorverbinden specifieke afdelingen.
  • Als helpdeskmedewerker heb je oog voor details.
