Dit succes is te danken aan de toepassing van hoge normen in onze productieprocessen, de inzet van hooggekwalificeerde wetenschappers en productiemedewerkers en de nauwkeurige samenwerking met de specialisten en artsen die Andocor uiteindelijk beschouwen als hun partner bij het leveren van betere patiëntenzorg.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je gaat klantorders verwerken en opvolgen
  • Je gaat productie- en stockevoluties opvolgen en tijdig actie ondernemen
  • Opmaken van facturen, creditnota’s en retours
  • Klantendossiers administratief opvolgen
  • Klanten contacteren in verband met openstaande vorderingen
  • Je bent klantgericht en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten, waarbij je steeds een professionele en vriendelijke service biedt
  • Je bent administratief sterk en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking en opvolging van klantorders van A tot Z
  • Je bent communicatief en houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van de status en levertermijnen van hun bestellingen
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, ook wanneer je onder druk werkt
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Je bent proactief, neemt initiatief en denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen de dagelijkse werking
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en werkt vlot samen met collega's van Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs en het magazijn
  • Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-systeem, bij voorkeur Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van logistieke processen, Incoterms en betalingsvoorwaarden
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van voorraadbeheer en volgt productie- en stockevoluties nauwgezet op, zodat tekorten tijdig worden gesignaleerd
  • Je bent vertrouwd met facturatie, creditnota's, retours en de administratieve opvolging van klantendossiers
  • Je bent bereid openstaande klantenvorderingen op te volgen en klanten hierover te contacteren
  • Je ondersteunt klanten bij het bezorgen van certificaten en andere vereiste documentatie
  • Je beschikt over een vlotte kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je werkt oplossingsgericht en behoudt steeds het overzicht
