Dit ga je doen: ☀ Je bent het zonnetje aan de telefoon, in de mail, op chat, WhatsApp én op social media; Advies geven over onze producten en diensten? Piece of cake!;; Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich gehoord voelen en hun vragen snel en efficiënt worden beantwoord; Contact onderhouden met je collega's over alles wat met onze producten te maken heeft; Klantvragen afhandelen met de perfecte mix van professionaliteit en vriendelijkheid; Samen met je geweldige collega's ga je voor die onvergetelijke Proforto-ervaring. Vereisten Wat zoeken wij in jou? - Je hebt ervaring in klantenservice, of dat nu telefonisch, via e-mail of face-to-face is - je weet hoe je klanten moet helpen. - Je hebt commercieel inzicht en luistert goed naar de klantbehoeften; - Klantvriendelijkheid staat bij jou altijd op nummer 1; - Zelfstandig werken? Eigen verantwoordelijkheid? Check en check!;; - Beschikbaarheid? Minimaal 32 uur per week, met af en toe een late shift (één keer per week van 13:30 tot 22:00, en dit is vanuit huis) en één zaterdag per maand (óók vanuit huis); De rest van de dagen werk je op ons kantoor in Nijmegen (Dukenburg).
