Je komt terecht in een dynamische productieomgeving waar geen twee dagen hetzelfde zijn. Dankzij de nodige begeleiding krijg je alle kansen om je kennis en verantwoordelijkheden stap voor stap uit te breiden.

Wat houdt jouw job in?

  • Je volgt klantorders op van ontvangst tot levering en bewaakt het volledige Order-to-Delivery-proces.
  • Je beheert verkooporders en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie correct wordt verwerkt.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met Sales, Productie en Logistiek om bestellingen vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor een correcte en professionele opvolging van hun vragen en bestellingen.
  • Je bewaakt de leverprestaties.
  • Wanneer er problemen of afwijkingen ontstaan, help je mee zoeken naar een passende oplossing.
  • Je onderhoudt en actualiseert stamgegevens binnen het platform.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en werkt mee aan projecten om processen efficiënter te maken.

Je herkent jezelf in volgende eigenschappen:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs. Een opleiding binnen administratie, bedrijfsorganisatie, talen, bedrijfswetenschappen of een gelijkaardige richting is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent klantgericht en haalt voldoening uit het bieden van een goede service.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk lopen.
  • Je bent proactief: je ziet werk, neemt initiatief en wacht niet af.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kunt informatie uit verschillende processen met elkaar verbinden.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen supply chain.
