De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als customer service medewerker in de regio van Zeebrugge?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, waarbij je hen vriendelijk en professioneel te woord staat via telefoon en e-mail

Onze klant Als customer service medewerker kom je terecht in een organisatie die niet meer weg te denken is in de haven van Zeebrugge. Ze zijn er gespecialiseerd in onderhoud en herstellingen van havenvoertuigen (tractors, vorkheftrucks, scheeps- en wegtransportmaterieel,..) en algemene onderhoudswerken van de terminalinfrastructuur binnen de groep. Binnen de firma heerst er een transparante en flexibele bedrijfscultuur met voldoende ruimte voor persoonlijke groei, met hun intensief trainingsprogramma bij opstart blijven ze investeren in hun medewerkers aangezien ze het belangrijk vinden dat je de beste versie van jezelf ontwikkelt. Daarbovenop zetten ze hun medewerkers ook graag in de bloemetjes met een heerlijk diner!
