Voor onze partner, gespecialiseerd in textiel en bewerken van onder meer rubber en pvc als verstevigend materiaal zijn we op zoek naar een operator voor de coating lijn.

In de vestiging in centrum Gent produceren ze hoogwaardige technische textielen die wereldwijd worden toegepast in diverse sectoren

Jobomschrijving

Heb jij ervaring als customer service medewerker en wil jij jouw carrière verder uitbouwen in een zeer stabiel bedrijf? In ruil krijg je hiervoor een mooi startloon afhankelijk van ervaring, maaltijdcheques 8 euro, mogelijkheid tot fietsleasing, pensioensparen, ADV dagen en werkzekerheid.

  • Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen in SAP en beheert het volledige orderproces, van orderinvoer tot de aftersales.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en volgt openstaande orders proactief op. Je houdt klanten en interne collega's steeds correct en tijdig op de hoogte van de status.
  • Je verwerkt klachten administratief en ondersteunt het salesteam bij de verdere opvolging en afhandeling.
  • Je verwerkt nieuwe materiaalaanvragen, maakt klantendossiers aan en coördineert de verzending van productstalen en technische fiches.
  • Je stelt salesrapporten op, beheert klant- en artikelgegevens in SAP en zorgt ervoor dat alle data correct en up-to-date blijft.
  • Je ondersteunt je collega's wanneer nodig en springt flexibel bij tijdens afwezigheden.
  • Je werkt dagelijks nauw samen met productie en supply chain om klanten correcte en tijdige informatie te bezorgen.
  • Je vertaalt de behoeften van klanten naar concrete interne acties en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken afdelingen efficiënt samenwerken om de beste service te bieden.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bijvoorbeeld in sales, bedrijfsbeheer, talen of een verwant vakgebied.
  • Je communiceert vol en spreekt/ schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent klantgericht, georganiseerd en neemt volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken. Je volgt op totdat alles volledig afgerond is.
  • Je werkt graag in team en communiceert open met zowel collega's als klanten.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een troef; de bereidheid om het te leren is een must.
