Als klantendienst medewerker ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Niet alleen telefonisch, maar ook via mail, chat en social media. Jouw aanpak is klantgericht én professioneel .

Elke conversatie is voor jou een kans om te scoren op klanttevredenheid.

Wat jij concreet doet:

  • Je adviseert klanten proactief en vertaalt hun vragen naar passende productoplossingen.
  • Je behandelt binnenkomende commerciële vragen via meerdere kanalen en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze opvolging.
  • Je maakt en wijzigt zelfstandig offertes en bestellingen, mét oog voor detail.
  • Je gaat diplomatisch en kordaat om met klachten en moeilijke situaties – altijd met een opbouwende houding.

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s van sales, klantendienst en administratie. Je draait mee in een roulerend systeem met je team om permanente bereikbaarheid te garanderen.

  • Flexibiliteit is hier cruciaal:

Je bent bereid om 1 avond per week een shift op te nemen tot 20u.

Je werkt op zaterdagvoormiddag volgens een rotatiesysteem met je 10 collega's, waarbij je slechts om de zoveel weken op zaterdag werkt.

Deze shiften kan je ook vanuit huis doen, wat jou extra werkcomfort biedt.

  • Daarnaast is een feilloze kennis Nederlands en Frans belangrijk voor een professionele afhandeling van de klantencontacten.
  • Je bent een geboren communicator: empathisch, helder en overtuigend. Je bent snel van begrip, leergierig en wil je je verdiepen in technische productkenmerken.
