Je staat hen vriendelijk en professioneel te woord, zoekt gericht naar oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Jij vormt de schakel tussen klant en organisatie - een onmisbare rol dus! Je gebruikt onze systemen om zendingen te volgen, klantgegevens in te zien en verzoeken op te volgen. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar jij blijft scherp, servicegericht en goed georganiseerd. Samen met je collega's van de planning en customer service vorm je een hecht team dat de klant centraal stelt.
