Extra Talent - Stella - Customer Service Medewerker Stella Customer Service Medewerker Arnhem € 4300 p.m 40 p.w mbo 2 tot 5 jaar Opzegtermijn 1 maand Stella heeft ruim vier jaar ervaring opgebouwd in internationale klantrelaties en klantprocessen, en werkt inmiddels als Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialist bij een logistieke dienstverlener in Tiel, waar zij end-to-end order-to-cash processen beheert voor grote FMCG-klanten. In die rol verwerkt zij orders en retouren in SAP en het interne WMS-systeem, plant zij transportroutes in SmartPlay en bewaakt zij de tijdige uitvoering in afstemming met de control room en magazijnplanners. Daarnaast stelt zij KPI-rapportages, GPA-rapporten en Monthly Business Reviews op voor klanten. Eerder werkte zij als Senior Client Success Manager bij een volledig remote Amerikaanse organisatie, waar zij internationale B2B-klanten begeleidde door de gehele klantcyclus, de workflow van collega's coördineerde en een intern referral-programma opzette als eigen initiatief. Binnen haar huidige functie initieerde zij procesverbeteringen, waaronder de opzet van een gestructureerd retourproces en de automatisering van terugkerende rapportages, met een efficiëntieverbetering van circa 20%. Stella is iemand die hoge eisen stelt aan de kwaliteit van haar eigen werk en scherp is op detail. Ze pikt nieuwe werkwijzen en systemen snel op, en wanneer zij ziet dat een proces efficiënter kan, neemt zij het initiatief om dat samen met het team op te pakken.
