Functie Hoe ziet jouw dag als customer service medewerker er uit? - Het voorbereiden van dossiers kent voor jou geen geheimen. Je zorgt voor alle nodige documenten en zorgt voor de nodige afhandeling van de importzendingen uit de UK - Je volgt het traject van de import op van A tot Z - De douane afdeling ziet jouw naam graag binnenkomen, jullie werken namelijk nauw samen om alle inklaringsdocumenten voor te bereiden - De klanten staan in contact met jouw om leveringsafspraken te maken - Je werkt samen met de domestic afdeling om de leveringen binnen België te organiseren Profiel Jij kan jou herkennen in volgende zaken als customer service medewerker te Zeebrugge: - Naast het Nederlands spreek je ook vloeiend Frans en Engels. Dit voor een optimaal klantencontact - Je administratieve skills spreken boekdelen. Nauwkeurig werken is namelijk enorm belangrijk in deze rol - Het office pakket kan je vlot gebruiken - Heb jij al kennis van de logistiek of van incoterms?
