Voor Pidpa zijn we op zoek naar twee Customer Service Medewerkers.

Als deel van ons inbound contactcenter team ben je het visitekaartje van Pidpa en draag je bij aan een dynamische en innovatieve klantbeleving. Je zorgt vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Antwerpen voor een uitmuntende klantenservice en dankzij jou kunnen onze klanten een volledig en juist antwoord krijgen op hun vragen. Na een inwerkperiode is er een mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk. Je werkt ook nauw samen met andere afdelingen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je ontvang vragen van klanten over o.a. verhuisaanvragen, facturen, meterstanden en afbetalingsplannen.
  • Je staat klanten te woord via telefoon of e-mail en helpt hen verder met een glimlach.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking en opvolging van klantendossiers. Je zoekt informatie op, regelt afspraken, maakt documenten op en brengt wijzigingen aan in ons klantenbeheersysteem.
  • Je streeft naar een maximale oplossing bij het eerste contact om dossiers zo volledig mogelijk af te handelen.
  • Je neemt diverse administratieve en klantgerichte taken binnen het contact center flexibel op.

Deelnemingsvoorwaarden - harde criteria

  • Je beschikt over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Je hebt zeer goede kennis van Microsoft Office. Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.

  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je krijgt energie van anderen verder te helpen en kan empathisch communiceren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig.

  • Je bent gedreven en schrikt er niet van terug met concrete doelstellingen te werken.
